It has been noted that a significant amount of personal details provided by applicants registered on the exchange site are out of date or incorrect. Over the next few weeks we will be contacting everyone to ensure that the information they have provided is accurate.
Please ensure that you respond at your earliest convenience so that we can keep your application open. If we do not hear from you within two weeks, your application will be suspended.
What is a mutual exchange?
A mutual exchange involves two tenants swapping properties with one another. An exchange can take place between any Registered Social Landlord or Local Authority (ie Council) tenants. If you rent your property from a private landlord you are not able to exchange.
