The Parking section of the Council issues the following:
Most of these will involve suspending a parking bay or yellow line. All licences have conditions attached to them. For example, a skip on the public highway must be lit and covered at night. See the Parking section for details of how to apply for any of the above, along with the terms and conditions.
Anyone found without a licence or permit, or are in breach of the conditions of their licence or permit, may face action from the Enforcement team under the Highways Act 1980. If you believe that someone does not have a permit or licence, for any of the above, or is in breach of the conditions of their licence, please let the Enforcement team know by calling Customer Services. Alternatively you can email details to waste.management@rbkc.gov.uk
This does not include people parking in bays without a valid permit or pay and display ticket. Offences such as these should be reported to the Parking section.
