Health and Safety Enforcement

If during an inspection or as a result of an incident or complaint there is any contravention of Health and Safety legislation we will bring this to the attention of the employer and they may be issued with a statutory notice.

Serious or continued contraventions may result in prosecution. In cases where there is a risk of serious injury we will take formal action to prohibit the activity.
